Returns, Shipping & Refunds

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. All of the parts we list are shipped directly from our partners warehouses in Texas and Ohio. Shipping times can vary so please ensure you check the individual product page for the correct information.

On average all parts are shipped within 5 business days, we keep all customers fully updated on the status of orders via email. We also have a live chat function on the site to handle any customer support questions. Our apparel is made to order. We do not hold inventory or stock.

Each print requires a different treatment so the length of production time may range from 5 to 7 business day from the time the order was placed.

If you are unhappy with the items that you have received, please contact our customer service team FIRST by sending an email to support@jpextreme.com. Please do not attempt to return any orders without contacting us first as the order will not be processed correctly.

Returns

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Please ensure you read the description of each item BEFORE you place your order. This is VERY important. There is a sizing chart available on the site for all apparel so you can choose your correct size. It is also VERY important that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order, please check you are happy with your basket before proceeding.

We take every step possible to ensure you are fully updated

At this time, we do not accept returns for any apparel orders for any reason because as mentioned earlier, we do not hold inventory or stock for all items made-to-order.. If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order form. We normally send your order information immediately to our production facility but if you contact us within 24 hours from the time of order, we will still be able to make your requested amendments.

If we sent you the wrong order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
